Why 5 frames and not a "real" video?
A "real" video renderer in the browser is heavy: ffmpeg.wasm is ~30 MB, takes 10–30 seconds to compile, and pushes browsers hard on phones. Most wedding couples don't need that — they need a clean 5-second motion card they can post today.
So this tool renders 5 frames spaced 1 second apart (1080×1920, 9:16) and lets your existing video editor do the assembly. CapCut, iMovie, Canva, and InShot all accept a PNG sequence. Drop the five frames, set each to 1 second, add music — done. Total wall time: about 3 minutes.
The 5 templates
1. Classic — formal invites, traditional weddings
Champagne background with a slow text fade. Best for hotel ballrooms, country clubs, parent-organized events. Music suggestion: classic piano.
2. Romantic — script fonts and floral motifs
Pink watercolor with floral accents and a slow zoom. Best for garden weddings and ceremonies where the venue has greenery. Music suggestion: indie acoustic.
3. Modern — minimal block-color, animated overlay
Off-white with bold sans-serif type and a sweeping accent line. Best for urban and contemporary weddings. Music suggestion: modern lo-fi.
4. Bold — black background, large display type
High-contrast black with dramatic reveal animation. Best for evening weddings, art-gallery receptions, and couples who want a poster-style invite. Music suggestion: orchestral.
5. Photo Forward — engagement photo drives the motion
Your photo is the background; type fades in over it. Requires a photo. Best when you have a strong engagement portrait. Music suggestion: acoustic guitar.
What to do with the 5 frames
- Download — you get 5 numbered PNGs (frame_1.png through frame_5.png).
- Open CapCut (free mobile app) or iMovie.
- Create a new 9:16 project, drop in the 5 frames in order, set each to 1 second.
- Pick a song from your music library — the "music mood" dropdown suggests one vibe; you choose the actual track.
- Export as MP4. Share via WhatsApp status, Instagram Reels, or your private guest WhatsApp group.
Frequently asked questions
Why 1080×1920?
That's Instagram Reels / TikTok / WhatsApp Status / YouTube Shorts at native resolution. It's also fine for older phones — CapCut and iMovie handle it without re-encoding. If you need horizontal 1920×1080, that's a future feature.
Why not just give me the MP4 directly?
Because in-browser MP4 encoding requires either ffmpeg.wasm (≈ 30 MB cold-start cost) or a server round-trip (which would break our no-upload promise). PNG-sequence + your existing video editor is the lightest path that works on every phone. The whole flow is under 3 minutes once you've used CapCut once.
Why PNG and not JPEG?
PNG keeps sharp text edges and crisp lines at 1080×1920. JPEG introduces banding around small white type on dark backgrounds, which is exactly what wedding invites have. File size cost is minor at this resolution — expect ~500 KB to 1 MB per frame.
Can I download more than 5 frames?
Not in this version. Five frames cover a clean 5-second loop, which is the most useful length for Reels/Status. For longer videos, the AI Wedding Video Generator builds 60–90 second films with motion, music, and captions.
Does the animation match across frames?
Yes — each template runs the same motion choreography on each frame render. Frame 1 holds the opening pose; frames 2–4 interpolate zoom, text position, or accent sweeps; frame 5 lands on the final composition. They sequence cleanly as a 1-second-each loop in CapCut.
