Why is the price a range instead of a flat fee?
Every project is different. A 5-minute VHS tape and a 3-hour 4K wedding film are not the same work. We quote based on footage length, complexity, and turnaround. The $9.9 starting price is the entry point for each service; the final quote reflects your project's actual scope.
Do you charge hourly?
Never. We charge per project. You'll know the exact price before we start — and the price won't change unless you add scope.
Are there hidden fees?
No. File delivery, format conversion, and 2 rounds of revisions are included in every project. The only time the price changes is if you ask for additional work after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfer for projects over $1,000. Invoices are sent on delivery; payment is due within 14 days.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. Two free revisions are included with every service. If after revisions you're still not happy, we offer a full refund. We've processed over 500 projects and refunded fewer than 5.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or destination weddings?
Sometimes. If your wedding serves a charitable cause (e.g. a vow-renewal fundraiser) or you have a tight story to tell, mention it in the form — we'll see what we can do.
