How do I send my video files?
After submitting your request, we'll send you a secure upload link. Files are encrypted and deleted 30 days after delivery.

What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with the result, we'll revise it twice at no extra cost. Full refund is available if we can't meet your requirements after revisions.

We use commercial-grade AI models with safety guardrails. A human filmmaker reviews every output before delivery. We do not generate deepfakes of real people, and our Celebrity Style service uses AI archetypes inspired by style, not impersonation.
Who owns the final video and can I use it commercially?
You own the final video. We retain a non-exclusive license to use anonymized excerpts in our portfolio unless you explicitly opt out in writing. You may use the video for personal, social media, and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use (e.g., selling as part of a wedding planning business) requires written permission.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Most services offer 48-hour rush delivery for an additional 30-50% fee, depending on the service. Check the service page or mention it in your quote request and we will confirm availability.
How does pricing work for multiple services?
Bundle discounts apply when you book 2+ services on the same project: 10% off for 2 services, 15% off for 3 services, 20% off for 5+ services. Discounts are applied automatically. The first-customer discount (mention "FIRST" in your request) gives an extra 20% off your first service, stacking up to a 30% maximum.
What tape and film formats do you accept?
We accept VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax, MiniDVD, 8mm film, Super 8, 16mm, and all modern digital formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV). For physical media, ship to us insured and we ship it back after digitization.
My tape is so damaged it won't play. Can you still recover it?
In most cases, yes. Our team uses professional VCRs with built-in TBC (time-base correction) and AI frame reconstruction. Tapes with broken housing, wrinkled tape, or mold can usually be salvaged. We do a free diagnostic first and only charge if we can deliver a usable result.
Will upscaling to 4K make my old footage look fake?
No. Our AI upscaler is specifically trained on archival wedding footage. It adds detail and sharpness without inventing features that weren't there. The result looks like a higher-quality version of your original — not a plastic AI hallucination.
